During periods of cycling races in sommer the price is € 70,00 per person per day with half board. General Conditions •  Rates are given per person per day. A  4-euro supplement will be charged for stays    shorter than 3 days. •  There is a 10% discount on rates for our block of service flats, inclusive of half board and all hotel services. •  The rooms are equipped with toilet; shower, and some also with Jacuzzi; hairdryer; telephone; TV; safe. •  30% supplement for double room used as single one. •  10% supplement for Junior Suite. Discounts •  Groups: discount on request •  Discounts for 3rd or 4th bed for children sleeping in their parents’ room: •  O – 2 years: free •  3 – 8 years: 50% off •  9 – 13 years: 30% off •  over 14: 20% off Confirmation of bookings •  Bookings are subject to a down payment equal to 30% of the total amount. Advance will be refunded in case of cancellation within 1 month from the date of arrival; otherwise this deposit will be retained by our hotel. In case you arrive later than 8:00 p.m., you will kindly inform us. •  On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. •  Should you arrive later or leave earlier than the fixed date, you shall pay 60% of the total amount. • In case there are any Problem during the stay, we ask our guests to inform immediately the reception that will provide to solve them as soon as possible. Complaints submitted at the end of the stay will not lead to a change in prices reported in the contractual terms. Smokers and Non-Smokers •  Pursuant to Art. 1, Law no 584 of 11th Jan. 1975, P.M.D. 14th Dec. 1995, smoking in public places is not allowed. Sanctions are severe for both the owner of public facilities and offenders. Therefore, we wish to inform you that smoking is not allowed in the whole hotel area, including the rooms.
