The Great War ski tour around the Col di Lana, called the hill of blood, is a symbol of the First World War. The tour takes place at the foot of the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites such as Civetta, Pelmo, Tofane, Lagazuoi Conturines Settsass, Sassongher, Sella and Marmolada, the mountain which has become a symbol of the Great War. Along the way you may encounter stations, tunnels and loopholes built by Italian soldiers, Austro-Hungarians and Germans during the war from 1915 to 1918.
