
We have decided to use in our Restaurant the organic extra-virgin olive oil D.O.P., produced in the Valnogaredo di Cinto Euganeo (PD) olive oil mill: 1° classified at the Aipo D'Argento International Olive Oil Competition 2020.
The Valnogaredo oil mill can be considered one of the first in the Euganean Hills. It was born already at the end of the 18th century, when a family of Venetian nobles began to practice the pressing of olives.
Now it is managed by the fourth generation of Mastri Oleari who produce an oil with exclusive characteristics, obtained from the centuries-old plants of Rasara and Marzemina. The olives are always harvested by hand and then processed with the traditional method of the stone mill or with modern methods.
The Frantoio di Valnogaredo offers a very high quality product and, in its tasting room, it gives the opportunity to taste its wine, but also other products from the Euganean Hills such as their famous wine.
